If you would like to request a refund or exchange, you must contact us by email at contact@blingcartel.com. Returns without return authorization will not be honored. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and any shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process - depending on the credit card or bank.

General Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled if they have not been shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. If your order has not yet shipped, and you would like to cancel, please contact us by email or phone.

Custom Grillz Cancellation Policy

Custom grillz orders can only be cancelled prior to the jeweler working on your grillz. Upon cancellation, a $15 per grill cancellation fee may be deducted from your total refund. Once the jeweler starts working on your custom grillz, your order is non-refundable.
