Canada Shipping

Shipping to Canada is available at a flat rate of $29.95 USD for standard USPS First Class International Package shipping, regardless of order size. Shipments to Canada typically take 11-20 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

EU & Other Countries
Due to GDPR, access to our website and products is unavailable to EU customers. All EU visitors must immediately cease activity and leave the site. We also do not ship to any countries outside the USA and Canada.

International Import Duties, Taxes, & Charges
Import duties, taxes, and additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine any extra fees before making a purchase.

At Bling Cartel, Inc., customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of certain products, specific restrictions apply.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted on most jewelry items excluding:

• Mouth jewelry (including grillz)
• Customized or made-to-order pieces

All other eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Authorization Requirement
Customers must obtain prior authorization before returning any item. To request authorization, contact us at contact@blingcartel.com.
Items returned without prior approval will be refused and returned to sender.

3. Condition of Returned Items
All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Any item showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or removal of tags will not be accepted.

4. Shipping and Handling
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees and expedited delivery charges are non-refundable. Bling Cartel, Inc. is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments; we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within approximately 3–5 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

6. Final Sale Items
Mouth jewelry and customized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders for pre-made jewelry (non-custom and not made-to-order) may be canceled only prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is considered final and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Customers wishing to cancel an unshipped order must submit a written cancellation request promptly via email or phone. Bling Cartel, Inc. reserves the right to determine eligibility for cancellation based on the order’s fulfillment and processing status at the time the request is received.

Can I return custom grillz?

Due to the unique nature of custom grillz (handmade mouth jewelry), these items are sold as-is, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. There are no warranties offered for custom grillz. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with the fit of your grillz, we offer one free redo of your grillz with the purchase of a new dental impression mold kit.

Can I cancel my custom grillz order?

You can cancel custom grillz orders only before production begins and within 30 days of the original purchase date. Once we receive your dental mold(s) and production starts, the sale is final and non-refundable. A $15 cancellation fee per grill will be deducted from any eligible refunds for canceled orders.

Pre-Made Grillz Return Policy

All grillz, including pre-made grillz, are sold as-is and without any express or implied warranties. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of mouth jewelry, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for any grillz purchases. All grillz sales are final.

At Bling Cartel, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your grillz don't fit as expected, we offer a free redo in the same design with the purchase of a new mold kit. To qualify for a redo, contact us via email, order a mold kit, and send back your grillz along with the new mold within 30 days of receiving your original grillz. We will prioritize your redo and expedite production (approximately two weeks).

Due to fluctuating prices for precious metals, our custom grill prices may change over time. Please submit your mold impressions within 30-60 days of purchase to lock in your price. After this period, you will be responsible for any price increases.

First, you’ll receive a mold kit to create accurate impressions of your teeth. Simply bite down into the provided putty, then mail the impressions back to us.
