Free USA Shipping

U.S. orders are eligible for 100% FREE standard USPS shipping with a Track & Confirm number, no matter the size of your order. Standard domestic shipping (USPS First Class Mail) normally takes 5-7 business days to arrive within the USA. Business days do not include public holidays and weekends. Most orders ship out within one business day. 

The free shipping option applies to outgoing packages only, we do not offer free return shipping. 

 

Expedited USA Shipping

In a hurry? If you need your package extra quick, we offer blazing fast and economical USPS Priority Mail Shipping service with a Track & Confirm number, available for $8.50 flat rate, no matter the size of your order. Domestic USPS Priority Shipping transit times normally take 2-3 business days, after mailing. Business days do not include public holidays and weekends. Most orders ship out within one business day.

 

Is Priority 2-3 Day Delivery Guaranteed?

Approximately 97%-98% of Priority Mail gets delivered within 2-3 business days after the package is mailed. However, USPS Priority Mail remains a non-guaranteed service. The United States Postal Service and Bling Cartel, Inc. do not provide a money-back guarantee if items sent via Priority Mail fail to arrive by the expected delivery date.

 

International Shipping

Canada Shipping

Shipping for Canadian orders are priced at just $14.95 flat rate for standard USPS First Class shipping, no matter the size of your order. Shipments to Canada normally take 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.


EU & Other Countries
Due to #GDPR, access to this website and products is not available to EU customers and all EU visitors must cease activity immediately and leave the site. In addition, we do not ship to any other countries outside of USA and Canada.

International Import Duties, Taxes, Charges

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

 

Returns, Exchanges, Warranties

At Bling Cartel, Inc. your complete satisfaction is very important to us. We offer returns and exchanges in most cases, excluding mouth jewelry and customized jewelry. Jewelry Returns And Exchange Policy

We offer a 30 day return and exchange policy on our jewelry, excluding grillz and customized jewelry. If you would like to request a refund or exchange, you must contact us first to return the item at contact@blingcartel.com or call us at 1-888-664-1127. Returns without return authorization will not be honored. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and any shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process - depending on the credit card or bank.

 

General Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled if they have not been shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. If your order has not yet shipped, and you would like to cancel, please contact us by email or phone.

 

Custom Grillz Cancellation Policy

What's your return policy on custom grillz?

Due to the nature of this product (handmade mouth jewelry), grillz are sold as is and without any warranties of any kind and cannot be exchanged or returned.

However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your custom grillz, we offer a free redo at our expense, with your purchase of a new dental impression mold kit.

Can I cancel an existing order?

Custom grillz orders can be canceled only prior to production, and within 30 days of the original purchase date. Once we receive your dental mold(s), the order is in production, and the sale is final and non-refundable. 

A cancelation fee of $15 per grill will be deducted from the total refund on any eligible orders that are canceled.

 

Custom Grillz Re-Do Policy

At Bling Cartel, your 100% satisfaction is very important to us. Our custom grillz are meticulously handmade by our master jeweler, for a perfect fit.

However, in the rare event that you are not delighted with the fitting, we offer a free redo of the grillz, in the same design, with the purchase of a new mold kit.

To qualify for the redo, just shoot us an email to let us know the issue, then order a mold kit, and mail back your grillz with your new mold within 30 days of receiving your original grillz. We will redo your grillz and fast-track the production process (about two weeks).

Due to the nature of this product, grillz are sold as is and without any warranties of any kind and cannot be exchanged or returned. We will not be responsible for any damages resulting from the use of these grillz including but not limited to incidental, punitive or accidental damages. Our grillz are intended for entertainment and decoration purposes only and are not intended for the replacement of natural teeth or fillings. Bling Cartel, Inc. hereby disclaims any and all liability from injuries resulting from the improper use of this product. If you experience any discomfort that you believe may be related to grillz, discontinue use. By purchasing grillz from this site, you are agreeing to this policy.

Can I get a grill if I have missing or chipped teeth?

In certain cases, we may be able to work with you and additional fees may apply. Please contact us at contact@blingcartel.com or call us at 888-664-1127.

Mold Kit 

You will receive one free mold kit with the purchase of a custom grill. In the event that your mold impressions are unworkable, we will notify you and it will be your responsibility to aquire another mold kit, or get your impressions made by a qualified dentist.

Pricing Errors

Bling Cartel Inc reserves the right to cancel orders and issue a refund because of pricing errors (or for any reason).

Price Changes (Custom Grills)

Due to the changing market prices of precious metals such as gold and silver, our custom grillz prices periodically get updated and are subject to change. For this reason, please mail your mold impressions within a reasonable time frame (30-60 days max) after your original purchase date, as prices can increase and you will be responsible for any price differences if your mold is received outside this time frame.

Grillz Production Time Frame

With our handmade custom grillz, the production time estimate is 6 to 8 weeks, once we receive your dental impressions. During heavy order volume, production times can take longer. This time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee of the actual completion date. Need an order status check? Just shoot us an email with your order number and we will respond within 24 hours.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to certain states are subject to state sales tax.

 

Lost, Stolen, Misdirected

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or misdirected packages. Please make sure that you provide us with your accurate address to avoid any delays in shipping. Don't forget to include your apt number, if applicable. If a package is returned to us due an incorrect address provided, you will have the option of a refund or we can re-reship the product to you for a nominal shipping fee.

 

Can my shipping address and billing address be different?

Yes! We understand that sometimes our customers may want to ship an order to a friend, family member, etc. In most cases, orders can be shipped to an address different than the credit card holder's billing address.

However, to help prevent fraudulent orders, shipping addresses not matching billing addresses are subject to a verification process to confirm that the credit card holder authorized the card charges. We might attempt to contact the Card Holder, which could result in a delay until we are able to confirm the card charges.

If we are unable to contact and confirm with the cardholder at the phone number provided in the Billing section, such orders may be canceled and refunded back to the cardholder's credit card. Any questions about this policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

Absolutely! We gladly ship to standard street addresses and PO box addresses.

 

Can I change my mailing address after I place an order?

Shipping address changes are considered on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed. For security purposes, we reserve the right to ship to the original shipping address on the order. 

 

Anti-Fraud Safeguards

Absolutely! We work hard to protect consumers and prevent fraud. We have several anti-fraud safeguards and systems in place and will pursue prosecution for all fraudulent orders related to stolen credit cards, identity theft, friendly fraud, credit card fraud and chargeback fraud. All IP addresses are logged for fraud prevention and investigation. Rest assured, we care about consumers and take your online security very seriously.
