Lost, Stolen, Misdirected
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or misdirected packages. Please make sure that you provide us with your accurate address to avoid any delays in shipping. Don't forget to include your apt number, if applicable. If a package is returned to us due an incorrect address provided, you will have the option of a refund or we can re-reship the product to you for a nominal shipping fee.
Can my shipping address and billing address be different?
Yes! We understand that sometimes our customers may want to ship an order to a friend, family member, etc. In most cases, orders can be shipped to an address different than the credit card holder's billing address. However, to help prevent fraudulent orders, shipping address not matching billing address are subject to a verification process to confirm that the credit card holder authorized the card charges. We might attempt to contact the Card Holder, which could result in a delay until we are able to confirm the card charges. If we are unable to contact and confirm with the cardholder at the phone number provided in the Billing section, such orders may be cancelled and refunded back to the card holder's credit card. Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
Absolutely! We gladly ship to standard street addresses and PO box addresses.
