GOLD TOOTH
1. From dropdown menu, select teeth position and options. Add to cart then choose your shipping method and check out. We'll mail a do-it-yourself mold kit first.
2. When you receive the kit, you bite the mold and send it right back to us (return postage not included). You can use any shipping service, however, USPS First Class postage is economical and available at any USPS post office. Send your mold impression to: Bling Cartel Inc, PO BOX 547, Fillmore, CA 93016.
3. Your custom grillz will be typically finished and mailed to you in approximately 4-6 weeks after we receive your teeth mold impression. Just snap it in and start rocking your gold tooth!
Disclaimer: Our grillz are for cosmetic and entertainment purposes only and should not be used for the replacement of natural teeth or broken fillings. Bling Cartel does not perform dental procedures, and we are unable to take impressions of your teeth in person. You must make your own impression with the do-it-yourself mold kit or have your impression made by a licensed dentist. We will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of our products.

What if I miss an installment payment?
There are no late fees for customers who miss a scheduled payment. However, partial payments or late payments might impact your credit score, or your eligibility to use Shop Pay Installments in the future. If you have questions about a missed installment payment, then you can contact Affirm support for assistance.
What if I make a return on a purchase made through installments with Shop Pay?
After your refund is processed, the refund amount will be applied to your original payment method within 3-10 business days and your balance will be updated.
If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, then it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.
If your refund is more than your purchase balance, then the difference is returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
If your order is made with interest payments, then the paid interest isn't refunded. When you make payments, the funds are first applied to the accrued unpaid interest and then to the principal. Interest is the cost of borrowing, and isn't refundable.

Shipping for Canadian orders are priced at just $14.95 flat rate for standard USPS First Class shipping, no matter the size of your order. Shipments to Canada normally take 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.What's your return policy on custom grillz?
Due to the nature of this product (handmade mouth jewelry), grillz are sold as is and without any warranties of any kind and cannot be exchanged or returned.
However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your custom grillz, we offer a free redo at our expense, with your purchase of a new dental impression mold kit.
Can I cancel an existing order?
Custom grillz orders can be cancelled only prior to production, and within 30 days of the original purchase date. Once we receive your dental mold(s), the order is in production, and the sale is final and non-refundable.
A cancellation fee of $15 per grill will be deducted from the total refund on any eligible orders that are cancelled.
