Bling Cartel Inc. Custom Grillz Molding Instructions

Equipment Needed:

• 2 putty containers (1 blue/1 yellow) - (molding agent)
• 1 mouth tray

Step 1: Mixing the Putty

• Mix the contents of the two putty containers until the color is uniform. This should take no longer than 15 seconds as the putty hardens quickly.

Step 2: Forming the Mold

• Roll the mixed putty into a snake shape.
• Place the putty onto the mouth tray.
• Place the tray in your mouth, ensuring it covers both your teeth and gums.
• Bite down firmly and hold for five minutes without adjusting your teeth.

Step 3: Removing the Mold From Your Mouth

• Carefully remove the tray by pulling straight down (top) or straight up (bottom). Do not wiggle the tray back and forth.

Step 4: Storing the Mold

• Do not remove the putty from the tray after use.
• Place your mold (still inside the mouth tray) into the labeled zip bag to be mailed.

Step 5: Mailing the Mold to Us

• Mail your mold via USPS for the most economical and reliable transit:      

Warnings and Tips:

• The putty hardens fast. Mix and place quickly.
• Pulling your lip over the tray helps to accurately capture gum lines.
• Hold the mouth tray against teeth and gums to help capture gum line impression.
