Due to the nature of this product (mouth jewelry), all grillz are sold as is and without any warranties of any kind and cannot be exchanged or returned. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your custom fitted grillz, we offer a free redo at our expense with the purchase of a new mold kit.
Custom Grillz Cancellation Policy
Custom grillz orders can only be cancelled prior to production. Once we have received your dental impression, custom grillz orders are considered to be in the production stage, and are non-refundable. If we have not yet received your dental impression, a cancellation is allowed. Upon cancellation of the custom work order, a $15 per grill cancellation fee may be deducted from the total refund.
