2. When you receive the kit, you bite the mold and send it right back to us (return postage not included). You can use any shipping service, however, USPS First Class postage is economical and available at any USPS post office. 3. Your custom grillz will be typically finished and mailed to you in approximately 4-6 weeks after we receive your teeth mold impression. Just snap it in and start rocking your gold tooth!

What if I make a return on a purchase made through installments with Shop Pay?
After your refund is processed, the refund amount will be applied to your original payment method within 3-10 business days and your balance will be updated.
If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, then it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.
If your refund is more than your purchase balance, then the difference is returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

What's your return policy on custom grillz?
Due to the nature of this product (handmade mouth jewelry), grillz are sold as is and without any warranties of any kind and cannot be exchanged or returned.
However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your custom grillz, we offer a free redo at our expense, with your purchase of a new dental impression mold kit.
Can I cancel an existing order?
Custom grillz orders can be cancelled only prior to production, and within 30 days of the original purchase date. Once we receive your dental mold(s), the order is in production, and the sale is final and non-refundable.
A cancellation fee of $15 per grill will be deducted from the total refund on any eligible orders that are cancelled.
