Custom Grillz Production With our handmade custom grillz, the production time estimate is 6 to 8 weeks, once we receive your dental impressions. There are four shipping options available at checkout. Two options are for the USA and one is for Canada. All orders are shipped via USPS.

• USPS Priority (2-3 Days) $8.50 - The mold kit only is shipped to you via Priority Mail. The finished grillz will be mailed to you with free USPS First Class Shipping - 5-7 bus. days.
• Canada (11-20 Days) $29.95 USD - Covers both mold kit and finished grillz via USPS First-Class Package International Service.

When shipping items to Canada,  goods may be subject to tariffs, customs duties, and taxes. These charges are assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA)and are based on the value of the goods and their classification.

Due to the nature of this product (handmade mouth jewelry), grillz are sold as is and without any warranties of any kind and cannot be exchanged or returned. All grillz sales are final.

However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your custom grillz, we offer one free redo at our expense, with a purchase of a new dental impression mold kit.

Custom grillz orders can be canceled only prior to production, and within 30 days of the original purchase date.

 Once we receive your dental mold(s), the order is in production, and the sale is final and non-refundable. 

A cancellation fee of $15 per grill will be deducted from the total refund on any eligible orders that are canceled.

However, in the rare event that you are not delighted with the fitting, we offer a free redo of the grillz, in the same design, with the purchase of a new mold kit.

To qualify for the redo, just shoot us an email to let us know the issue, then order a mold kit, and mail back your grillz with your new mold within 30 days of receiving your original grillz. We will redo your grillz and fast-track the production process (about two weeks).

Our pre-made grillz are designed to fit most adult teeth. Over 99% of our customers are able to fit our grillz. Grillz include a silicone molding bar /piece for a quick and easy fit in 5 minutes. Our custom grillz are made using an impression of your teeth, for a perfect fit.

Our mouth grillz are nickel-free and lead-free, and are safe to wear inside your mouth. You should not eat, drink, smoke, or sleep with your grillz on and should not be worn continuously. If you experience any discomfort that you believe may be related to the grillz, discontinue use.

Best Grillz Instructions

We specialize in affordable teeth grillz that are designed to fit your average adult size mouth. All grillz come with illustrated fitting instructions and silicone molding.

On the inside of the grillz, there are metal tabs. Those tabs hold a rubbery silicone bar in place. Think like a mouth guard for athletics. You heat that up and when you put it all in your mouth the silicone forms to your teeth, and the tabs hold the silicone in place.

The molding bar is a silicone piece that softens in hot water and hardens at room temperature. Simply heat the grillz with the molding bar in hot water (refer to the included instructions for water temperature requirements), then place grillz and silicone molding on teeth. Let the grillz with molding bar harden as it cools down and in just minutes you got a custom fit.

If you don't get the right fit on your first attempt, you can reheat the grillz with silicone molding to refit the grillz. Check out the grillz fitting videos below for easy step-by-step instructions.

MoisturePlated jewelry is especially sensitive to moisture. Do not wear plated jewelry when showering, swimming, working out, playing sports or are engaged in any strenuous physical activity that will cause you to sweat. In the event of any contact with moisture, immediately dry the jewelry with a soft cloth.

AirWhen not in use, store your fashion jewelry in an sealed container such as a plastic container with a tight lid or an airtight zip baggie. The air can oxidize the finish and tarnish the fashion jewelry if exposed for extended periods.
