How to Order

Select your preferred tooth position and available options from the drop-down menus.

Add the grill to your cart, choose your shipping method, and complete checkout. We’ll first mail you a do-it-yourself mold kit.

Once the kit arrives, follow the included instructions to make your dental impressions and mail them back to us. Return postage is not included. You may use any shipping carrier, although USPS is recommended.

After your impressions are received and approved, our jewelers will begin handcrafting your custom grill.
Production and Shipping
Production typically takes approximately 6–8 weeks from the date your impressions are approved. This timeframe is an estimate and not a guaranteed completion date. Every grill is individually handmade, and quality craftsmanship takes time.
Once your grill is finished, we’ll ship it via USPS and email you the tracking information. When it arrives, simply snap it into place and enjoy your new look!

Bling Cartel does not perform dental procedures, and we are unable to take impressions of your teeth in person. You must make your own impression with the do-it-yourself mold kit or have your impression made by a licensed dentist. We will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of our products.
Shipping
We deliver via USPS to customers in the U.S. and Canada. Orders typically process within 1-2 business days, after which your package will be shipped and a tracking number emailed to you.
FREE USA Shipping
U.S. orders are eligible for 100% FREE standard USPS shipping with a Track & Confirm number, no matter the size of your order. Standard domestic shipping (USPS Ground Advantage Mail) normally takes 5-7 business days to arrive within the USA. Business days do not include public holidays and weekends. The free shipping option applies to outgoing packages only, we do not offer free return shipping.
Priority USA Shipping
In a hurry? If you need your package extra quick, we offer blazing fast and economical USPS Priority Mail Shipping service with a Track & Confirm number, available for $9.95 flat rate, no matter the size of your order. Domestic USPS Priority Shipping transit times normally take 2-3 business days*, after mailing.
*Business days do not include public holidays and weekends. Approximately 97%-98% of Priority Mail gets delivered within 2-3 business days after package is mailed. However, USPS Priority Mail remains a non-guaranteed service. The United States Postal Service and Bling Cartel, Inc. do not provide a money-back guarantee if items sent via Priority Mail fail to arrive by the expected delivery date. Most orders ship out within one business day.
Canada Shipping
Shipping for Canadian orders are priced at just $29.95 USD flat rate for standard USPS First Class shipping, no matter the size of your order. Shipments to Canada normally take 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
When shipping items to Canada, goods may be subject to tariffs, customs duties, and taxes. These charges are assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and are based on the value of the goods and their classification.
What's your return policy on grillz?
Due to the nature of the product, all grillz and mouth-jewelry, both pre-made and custom-fitted, are sold AS-IS, without any warranties of any kind and cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
However, in the unlikely event that your custom grillz do not fit, we will offer a free redo at our expense, with a purchase of a new dental impression mold kit.
Can I cancel an existing order?
Custom grillz orders can be cancelled only prior to production, and within 30-days of the original purchase date. Once we receive your dental mold(s), the order is in production, and the sale is final and non-refundable.
A cancellation fee of $15 per grill will be deducted from the total refund on any eligible orders that are cancelled.
