Order Instructions:
1. Choose the color and desired tooth position from the chart.
2. After you order, a mold kit is sent to you.
3. You send the mold back, and we make the cap.
4. The first phase of production is 4-6 weeks.
5. Next, we send you the cap plain, without stones.
6. After you make sure its a good fit, you send the cap back.
7. We then add the CZ stones and mail you the finished cap.
1. From the drop-down menu, select teeth position and options. Add to cart then choose your shipping method and check out. We'll mail a do-it-yourself mold kit first.
2. When you receive the kit, you bite the mold and send it right back to us (return postage not included). You can use any shipping service, however, USPS First Class postage is economical and available at any USPS post office. Send your mold impression to: Bling Cartel Inc, 333 Central Ave, Unit 547, Fillmore, CA 93016.
3. We first mail to you the custom tooth plain, without any cubic zirconia stones so that you can make sure it's a good fit. You then send back the fitted tooth, the diamonds are then added to the silver tooth and the finished product is mailed to you. The process usually takes 4-6 weeks for diamond teeth.
4. Once you receive your tooth, just snap it in and start rocking your dazzling CZ tooth cap!

What if I miss an installment payment?
There are no late fees for customers who miss a scheduled payment. However, partial payments or late payments might impact your credit score, or your eligibility to use Shop Pay Installments in the future. If you have questions about a missed installment payment, then you can contact Affirm support for assistance.
What if I make a return on a purchase made through installments with Shop Pay?
After your refund is processed, the refund amount will be applied to your original payment method within 3-10 business days and your balance will be updated.
If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, then it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.
If your refund is more than your purchase balance, then the difference is returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
If your order is made with interest payments, then the paid interest isn't refunded. When you make payments, the funds are first applied to the accrued unpaid interest and then to the principal. Interest is the cost of borrowing, and isn't refundable.

Shipping for Canadian orders are priced at just $14.95 flat rate for standard USPS First Class shipping, no matter the size of your order. Shipments to Canada normally take 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.What's your return policy on custom grillz?
Due to the nature of this product (handmade mouth jewelry), grillz are sold as is and without any warranties of any kind and cannot be exchanged or returned.
However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your custom grillz, we offer a free redo at our expense, with your purchase of a new dental impression mold kit.
Can I cancel an existing order?
Custom grillz orders can be cancelled only prior to production, and within 30 days of the original purchase date. Once we receive your dental mold(s), the order is in production, and the sale is final and non-refundable.
A cancellation fee of $15 per grill will be deducted from the total refund on any eligible orders that are cancelled.
