Are there late fees?
No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
What if I miss an installment payment?
There are no late fees for customers who miss a scheduled payment. However, partial payments or late payments might impact your credit score, or your eligibility to use Shop Pay Installments in the future. If you have questions about a missed installment payment, then you cancontact Affirm supportfor assistance.
What if I make a return on a purchase made through installments with Shop Pay?
After your refund is processed, the refund amount will be applied to your original payment method within 3-10 business days and your balance will be updated.
If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, then it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.
If your refund is more than your purchase balance, then the difference is returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
If your order is made with interest payments, then the paid interest isn't refunded. When you make payments, the funds are first applied to the accrued unpaid interest and then to the principal. Interest is the cost of borrowing, and isn't refundable.
Can I use Shop Pay Installments if I'm an international customer?
Shop Pay Installments is only available to customers with a United States billing address and a United States mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses or phone numbers can't use Shop Pay Installments.

Standard domestic shipping (USPS First Class Mail) normally takes 5-7 business days to arrive within the USA. Business days do not include public holidays and weekends. Most orders ship out within one business day. The free shipping option applies to outgoing packages only, we do not offer free return shipping.
Priority USA Shipping
In a hurry? If you need your package extra quick, we offer blazing fast and economical USPS Priority Mail Shipping service with a Track & Confirm number, available for $8.50 flat rate, no matter the size of your order. Domestic USPS Priority Shipping transit times normally take 2-3 business days*, after mailing.

What's your return policy on custom grillz?
Due to the nature of this product (handmade mouth jewelry), grillz are sold as is and without any warranties of any kind and cannot be exchanged or returned.
However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your custom grillz, we offer a free redo at our expense, with your purchase of a new dental impression mold kit.
Can I cancel an existing order?
Custom grillz orders can be cancelled only prior to production, and within 30 days of the original purchase date. Once we receive your dental mold(s), the order is in production, and the sale is final and non-refundable.
A cancellation fee of $15 per grill will be deducted from the total refund on any eligible orders that are cancelled.
