1. From the drop-down menu, select teeth position and options. Add to cart then choose your shipping method and check out. We'll mail a do-it-yourself mold kit first.
2. When you receive the kit, you bite the mold and send it right back to us (return postage not included). You can use any shipping service, however, USPS shipping is recommended.
Ship your mold impressions to: Bling Cartel Inc, 333 Central Ave, Unit 547, Fillmore, CA 93016.
3. Your custom grillz will be 100% handmade by our master jeweler, carefully crafting your mouthpiece into a masterpiece.
The production estimate is 6-8 weeks, from when your mold is approved. This is an estimation, not a guarantee of the actual finish date. Rest assured, our work is worth the wait.
Once finished, we will ship your grillz via USPS mail. Just snap them in and rock your new look!

There are no late fees for customers who miss a scheduled payment. However, partial payments or late payments might impact your credit score, or your eligibility to use Shop Pay Installments in the future. What if I make a return on a purchase made through installments with Shop Pay?
After your refund is processed, the refund amount will be applied to your original payment method within 3-10 business days and your balance will be updated.
If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, then it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.
If your refund is more than your purchase balance, then the difference is returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

What's your return policy on grillz?
Due to the nature of the product, all grillz and mouth-jewelry, both pre-made and custom-fitted, are sold AS-IS, without any warranties of any kind and cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
However, in the unlikely event that your custom grillz do not fit, we will offer a free redo at our expense, with a purchase of a new dental impression mold kit.
Can I cancel an existing order?
Custom grillz orders can be cancelled only prior to production, and within 30-days of the original purchase date. Once we receive your dental mold(s), the order is in production, and the sale is final and non-refundable.
A cancellation fee of $15 per grill will be deducted from the total refund on any eligible orders that are cancelled.
