Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and any shipping fees are non-refundable. General Cancellation Policy

Custom Grillz Cancellation Policy
Custom grillz orders can only be cancelled prior to the jeweler working on your grillz. Upon cancellation, a $15 per grill cancellation fee may be deducted from your total refund. Once the jeweler starts working on your custom grillz, your order is non-refundable.
