What if I make a return on a purchase made through installments with Shop Pay?
After your refund is processed, the refund amount will be applied to your original payment method within 3-10 business days and your balance will be updated.
If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, then it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.
If your refund is more than your purchase balance, then the difference is returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

Jewelry Returns And Exchange Policy
We offer a 30 day return and exchange policy on our jewelry, excluding grillz and customized jewelry. If you would like to request a refund or exchange, you must contact us by email or call us at 1-888-664-1127. Returns without return authorization will not be honored. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and any shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process - depending on the credit card or bank.
General Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled if they have not been shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. If your order has not yet shipped, and you would like to cancel, please contact us by email or phone.
Custom Grillz Cancellation Policy
Custom grillz orders can only be cancelled prior to the jeweler working on your grillz. Upon cancellation, a $15 per grill cancellation fee may be deducted from your total refund. Once the jeweler starts working on your custom grillz, your order is non-refundable.
